Technical feasibility study of a renewable fuel cell/electrolyzer poly-generative system

Recently the European Commission presented REPowerEU plan to rapidly reduce dependence on fossil fuels, accelerate green transition and tackle climate crisis through greater better use of renewable energy sources.
